PresidentAlan Zavodnick has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. In 1974, Alan founded Alko General Contractors, Inc. and was President of that organization throughout its history of explosive nationwide growth. As President of American Construction Management, Inc, Alan holds active GC licensing in more than 10 states, is a LEED AP and a graduate of Rutgers University. Senior Vice PresidentSteve Zavodnick along with his brother, Alan were partners at Alko General Contractors, Inc. Steve continues to assume a "hands on" role at American Construction Management. For more than three decades Steve has prided himself on his steadfast commitment to quality, on time delivery for all projects and working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Steve is a graduate of the State College of New Jersey. |
